All costs quoted are in Canadian funds

Only on outside deck and in garden please

Deposits

• For weekly rentals, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of rental charge is required within 2 weeks of making a reservation
• The balance of the non-refundable remittance is required 6 weeks prior to the first day of your visit
• A security deposit of $300.00 (to be refunded within 1 month of the end of your stay, less any deductions for breakages or unreasonable levels of cleaning needed, if applicable) is required at the time of payment of balance of rental fees

Cancellations
Once a booking has been confirmed, you are contracted to pay the full balance
as described above. If you wish to cancel the booking, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total will be charged, unless or until the accommodation has been re-rented for the cancelled period, when a refund in all or part will be at the discretion of the management.

Check-in and Check-out Times for weekly rentals

• Check in time is from 5pm on Saturday (this can be flexible with prior notice given)
• Check out time is 11am on the following Saturday

Local Contact and Keys

Once you have made your reservation and submitted your deposit, you will be sent travel directions and directions about getting there from our local manager. During your stay, the manager will be available to give you any help or information you need to make your stay both relaxing and memorable.
