> Conditions of Booking
The Tenant:
- will not take part in or allow any activity on the premises which
may be or become a nuisance to the Landlord or to the tenants or
occupiers of adjoining premises or that may negate any insurance
policy on the premises
- will use the premises, furniture, fixtures grounds and other
amenities in a responsible manner
- will not remove any of the furniture or effects from the premises
- will not use the premises or any part thereof for any purpose
other than that of a private holiday residence
- will exercise caution at or near the cliff top and will supervise
children who venture to or near the cliff top
- will vacate the premises at the end of the tenancy will all the
furniture, fixtures and effects in the same clean state and condition
as they were at the beginning of the tenancy and will pay for the
repair or replacement of all such articles of the said furniture,
fixtures and effects as shall be broken, lost damaged or destroyed
during the tenancy (reasonable wear and tear excepted)
- will leave the furniture and effects at the end of the tenancy
in the room or places that they were at the beginning of the tenancy
- calling cards to be used for all long distance calls<
- will permit the Landlord, or Landlords agent, at reasonable times
during daylight and by prior arrangement, to enter upon and view
the premises with prospective tenants or occupiers
- will not permit more than the number of persons described on
the Booking Form to reside on the premises
- will release and save harmless the Landlord from any liability
for any injury sustained by the tenant or any member of the tenants
party or any guest of the tenant, during the period of the tenancy
- will pay a deposit of 25 per cent at the time of submitting the
booking form and will pay the balance of the rental at least four
weeks prior to the commencement of the tenancy
- will notify the Landlord in writing of any cancellation and accepts
that for a cancellation made less than six weeks in advance of the
tenancy a cancellation fee of 25 per cent will be retained by the
Landlord unless and until the property has been re-rented for the
cancelled period
- acknowledges that no contract exists between the Landlord and
the Tenant until the booking form has been signed by the Tenant
and sent to the Landlord or Landlord’s agent
