Gull Cottage was constructed in 1976 by a local antique dealer in the style of his childhood home in Maine, and to provide a setting for his extensive collection of antiques. The period feel still remains in this very spacious and airy cottage, which is still furnished with many antique pieces. This is a family sized home which would easily take two families travelling together, if required.
The accommodation comprises|:

Open plan ground floor with oak fitted kitchen, stove with extractor hood, large fridge freezer, built in dishwasher and microwave oven. Off this is separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Downstairs bathroom with corner shower unit, WC and handbasin

Large sitting/dining room with patio doors opening onto 8 foot deep wrap around deck with stunning ocean views. This has a wood burning stove and there is also satellite TV.

First floor:

Bedroom 1 with queen size bed and cedar lined closet.

Bedroom 2 with queen size bed and cedar lined closet

Upstairs sitting room with built in old fashioned display unit

Bathroom – larger than average with tub/shower unit, built in vanity basin unit and WC

Second floor:

Twin bedded room with built in closet

Single bed room, with the option of a rollaway cot in sun room, built in closet and the best views in the house.

The house is fully winterised with electric baseboard heating.
